Sustainable Talent seeks a Senior Technical/Software Recruiter to support our automotive client’s EVDD team, focusing on software, engineering, and digital talent driving electric mobility innovations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with remote options, collaborating with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver top talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical talent.
• Strong sourcing and closing of passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting Software, Engineering, Digital, or Technical talent.
• Ability to partner with Hiring Managers and act as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close.
• Source and recruit software, engineering, digital, and technical talent.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through outreach and networking.
• Screen candidates and present high-quality, calibrated talent to Hiring Managers.
• Partner with Hiring Managers with market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Manage multiple searches and pipelines with data-driven updates.
• Own the candidate experience from contact to offer.
• Collaborate across Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and DE&I.
