Torc is seeking a senior recruiter to scale our growing organization. You will own the full life cycle of recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and close, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting with a minimum 6+ years’ experience gained within the engineering industry.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and serving as recruiting partner to various hiring teams.
• Own the full life cycle recruitment process from screening and selection to negotiation, offer and close.
• Strategically plan and own a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their interest throughout the process.
• Partner with engineering hiring teams to set recruiting strategy and achieve annual hiring goals.
