Job summary
Sustainable Talent is hiring a Senior Technical/Software Recruiter to support our automotive client’s EVDD team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for software, engineering, and digital roles, in a fast-moving, data-driven environment with remote options in Long Beach or Palo Alto.
Work closely with Hiring Managers, source hard-to-find passive candidates, and manage multiple pipelines in ATS/CRM systems while ensuring a strong candidate experience and inclusive hiring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech roles.
- Proven success recruiting hard-to-find software engineering talent.
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of candidate markets and technical requirements.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tooling and data-driven recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
- Source software, engineering, digital, and technical talent.
- Proactively engage passive candidates through outreach and networking.
- Screen candidates and provide calibrated recommendations to Hiring Managers.
- Maintain data-driven updates and accurate ATS records.
- Own the candidate experience end-to-end.
