Microvast is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, manufacturing, energy storage, battery technology, and related technical roles. You will partner with business leaders and managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire top technical talent for next-generation battery and energy-storage solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting or sourcing experience in corporate, manufacturing, engineering, technology, automotive, energy, or agency environments.
Experience recruiting engineers, technical specialists, skilled professionals, or other hard-to-fill roles.
Experience recruiting in battery/energy storage, manufacturing, automation, electrical or mechanical engineering, software, controls, materials, quality, facilities, or related technical disciplines is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing capabilities with experience identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs using multi-channel sourcing strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates against technical and behavioral requirements and provide market insights and recruiting recommendations.
Maintain accurate records and provide status updates to stakeholders throughout recruiting processes.
