Job summary

GLOBAL Automation Technologies, LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support engineering and automotive clients across the region. The role blends sourcing with guiding contractors through onboarding so new hires start strong and meet client expectations from day one.

You will source, screen, and submit candidates, build pipelines, and manage requisitions within VMS portals, partnering with account managers to deliver timely, high-quality submissions. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering, automotive, or industrial technical roles.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms and client-managed requisition systems.
• Comfort coordinating background checks, drug screening, and onboarding logistics.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and job boards.
• ATS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for engineering and automotive-focused roles through VMS client programs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Manage requisitions within VMS portals, meeting client timelines and submission requirements.
• Partner with account managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality submissions quickly.
• Coordinate and conduct pre-screens and interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and contribute to team performance goals.
