Torc Robotics is seeking a senior Recruiter to scale our growing team. You will source, screen, and partner with engineering hiring managers to execute end-to-end recruitment across roles including software engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting with a minimum 6+ years’ experience gained within the engineering industry.
• Experience hiring software engineers.
• Global recruiting experience in Canada preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) software, Greenhouse ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and serve as recruiting partner to various hiring teams.
• Own full life cycle recruitment from screening to offer and close.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and improve time-to-hire.
