Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for field service, skilled trades, or engineering roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement for passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and placement.
• Proactively identify and recruit high-performing technical professionals across fields.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple branches to define roles and priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet anticipated demand and acquisitions.
