Job summary

Jobgether's partner company in the United States is seeking a Recruiter for Skilled Trades Construction. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-priority client accounts, from sourcing to candidate selection, working with account managers and leadership to meet staffing needs.

This remote role offers a competitive base salary and monthly incentives, with healthcare, retirement contributions, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting in skilled trades or construction, not light industrial/manufacturing
• Strong sourcing and proactive hunter mindset to engage candidates quickly
• Experience recruiting electricians, welders, plumbers, and similar trades
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple openings
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage high-volume recruitment
• Candidate-focused approach delivering a positive recruitment experience
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a recruitment team

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades and construction roles.
• Proactively attract qualified candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, networks, etc.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Partner with account managers to understand client requirements and staffing needs.
• Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
