Job summary

Neuron Industries in Gardena, CA is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across hardware, embedded, AI, and leadership roles. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, and work closely with the founders to improve recruiting processes.

You will recruit across deep-tech disciplines, build and manage an honest pipeline, and apply AI-forward methods while ensuring the human touch remains in every candidate interaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including in-house technical roles.
• Proven outbound sourcing with cold outreach examples.
• Ability to discuss hardware and software engineering roles with credibility.
• Strong outreach messaging; measure reply rates and adjust.
• Ability to explain equity grants and compensation discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for every open req: sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, offers, and closes.
• Source outbound; build target lists and attend LA tech meetups, fairs, and events.
• Screen across hardware and software domains; talk about work beyond keywords.
• Build the hiring process: scorecards, loops, take-home design, calibration with founders.
• Run offers and close: comp/equity conversations, references, start dates.
• Maintain a current pipeline with headcount visibility for founders.
• Apply AI daily to sourcing, research, and drafting outreach while keeping human oversight.
