Job summary

Nominal is building the connected test and operations platform powering the world's most advanced hardware systems. We seek a Technical Recruiter to own searches end-to-end for software, infrastructure, AI, and other technical roles.

You'll partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop scalable recruiting processes as Nominal scales. The role demands quickly learning technical domains, strong sourcing instincts, and the ability to

Qualifications

4+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups or high-performance technology environments.
Significant experience recruiting software engineers and other technical profiles; ability to distinguish engineering domains and skills.
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and turn ambiguous needs into clear candidate profiles, search strategies, and assessment plans.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting across Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, AI, and other technical areas.
Develop targeted search strategies and market maps for roles in competitive talent pools.
Own the candidate relationship from first outreach through offer and close.
Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and assessment criteria.
Translate needs into clear profiles, sourcing plans, and compelling job descriptions.
Build scalable recruitment processes to support Nominal's growth.
