Crusoe is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead complex, high-bar technical hiring from requisition activation through offer. You will partner with senior leaders, raising the bar on quality and closing hard-to-get talent in a competitive market.

You will own full-cycle recruiting from senior IC through director-level roles, build data-driven search strategies, and guide managers on market trends and role definitions. This is a fast-paced startup environment with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to source and close senior, hard-to-fill talent.
• Experience influencing senior leaders with data and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from senior IC to director-level roles.
• Build and execute search strategy; adjust based on market signals.
• Provide expert advice on role definitions, market trends and candidate leveling.
• Collaborate with executives to align hiring with business goals.
• Engage with passive and active talent to build future talent pools.
• Conduct screenings evaluating technical depth and leadership.
• Negotiate and close complex compensation and equity.
• Maintain accurate ATS data.
