Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director roles, building Crusoe's leadership team as we scale. You will partner with founders and boards to define candidate profiles and leverage industry networks in AI, data centers, and cloud infra.

Based in San Francisco, you will drive strategy, manage complex interview processes, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience reflecting Crusoe's values and ambitious growth

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director-level roles across all business functions.
• Develop and execute search strategies for leadership roles in Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, DIG, Operations, and Finance.
• Partner with founders, board members, and executives to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Leverage networks within cloud computing, data center, and AI industries to source candidates.
• Build trust and relationships with top-tier executive talent through events, conferences, and strategic networking.
• Manage interview processes with multiple senior stakeholders and rigorous assessment methodologies.
