Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to scale our recruitment function for Digital Infrastructure in a high-growth setting. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with executives, and drive a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to hiring across multiple divisions.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, a track record of building scalable recruiting functions, and the ability to move from reactive hiring to proactive planning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience building/scaling recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Uses data/analytics to diagnose funnel performance and forecast risk.
• Operates a metrics-driven organization with accountability.
• Has managed managers and developed recruiting leaders.
• Builds repeatable processes and scalable systems without over-engineering.
• Partners across Finance, Engineering, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition for Digital Infrastructure teams, aligning hiring roadmaps with growth plans.
• Build and scale a recruiting team focused on speed, judgment, and execution quality.
• Serve as strategic partner to hiring leaders, calibrating roles and accountability.
• Evolve recruiting to balance velocity with consistency, moving to proactive hiring.
• Improve intake, workflow, and decision-making to reduce bottlenecks and improve candidate experience.
• Translate demand into structured hiring plans, identifying talent gaps and risks.
• Use data/analytics to forecast risks and drive improvements across the recruiting cycle.
• Adopt AI, automation, and modern recruitment tools to increase efficiency and signal quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure cohesive hiring plans across divisions.
• Ensure hiring managers, candidates, and teams experience recruiting as fair and responsive.
