• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions, and develop interview plans and sourcing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting pipeline and performance data.
• Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to refine search strategies and advise hiring teams.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to engage passive candidates and improve pipeline diversity.
• Pitch Clover Health and hiring teams to prospective candidates.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve recruiting searches and processes.
• Identify recruiting challenges, recommend solutions, and influence hiring decisions.
