The role requires 6+ years in technical recruiting, a track record of filling software or hardware roles, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-paced tech company.
• Proven track record recruiting software or hardware roles.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Ability to distinguish between top 50% and top 5% in their field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professionalism and friendliness.
• Data-driven sourcing techniques and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top engineering and business talent for a rapidly growing company.
• Create scalable sourcing methodologies leveraging talent data.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Manage and expand diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.
• Collect and analyze recruiting funnel data and improve processes.
