Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term) to own full-cycle recruitment for engineering divisions. You will optimize hiring processes and create scalable sourcing strategies while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company.
• Proven ability to recruit software or hardware talent.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Ability to distinguish between top 50% and top 5% of talent in their fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional yet friendly.
• Creative sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
• Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.
• Collect and analyze data on recruiting funnel and recommend process improvements.
