Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
• Proven success recruiting software or hardware talent.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Able to distinguish top 50% vs top 5% talent in their field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professionalism and friendliness.
• Creative sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Create scalable sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
• Mentor and coach recruiters and team members.
• Collect and analyze data on the recruiting funnel and improve processes.
