Astranis is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruitment for hardware and software engineering talent in a fast‑growing environment. You will partner with teams to build strong candidate pipelines, improve the interview experience, and promote Astranis culture across the organization.
Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating onsite interviews, and driving diversity initiatives while delivering metrics and process improvements to support business growth.
Astranis builds advanced satellites for high orbits, expanding humanity’s reach into the solar system. Today, Astranis satellites provide dedicated, secure networks to highly sophisticated customers across the globe— large enterprises, sovereign governments, and the U.S. military. With five satellites on orbit and many more set to launch soon, the company is servicing a backlog of more than $1 billion of commercial contracts. Astranis is the preferred satellite communications partner for buyers with stringent requirements for uptime, data security, network visibility, and customization. Astranis has raised over $750 million from some of the world’s best investors, from Andreessen Horowitz to BlackRock and Fidelity, and employs a team of 450 engineers and entrepreneurs. Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000‑sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA.
As Astranis grows, we need top talent. The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will own full‑cycle recruitment and deliver an “out of this world” candidate journey. As a true partner to our teams, you will build internal relationships to improve hiring processes and better support the organization. The day‑to‑day will consist of sourcing, advising, closing, and representing our unique culture to prospective employees.
