You will source top talent, mentor recruiters, analyze funnel data, and advance diversity and inclusion. The role offers equity, robust benefits, and a base salary range of $110,000–$155,000 with U.S. citizenship/permanent residency requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company.
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focus.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Ability to distinguish between top 50% and top 5% of talent in their fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional yet friendly.
• Creative sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
• Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.
• Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations to improve processes.
