Astranis, a San Francisco‑based satellite company, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source top engineering and business talent as it scales its rapidly growing team.

You will build scalable sourcing methods, ensure a superior candidate experience, and drive diversity and inclusion across the organization. Mentoring teammates and using data to continuously improve recruiting are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware-focused roles.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
• Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.
• Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.
