Astranis, a San Francisco‑based satellite company, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source top engineering and business talent as it scales its rapidly growing team.

You will build scalable sourcing methods, ensure a superior candidate experience, and drive diversity and inclusion across the organization. Mentoring teammates and using data to continuously improve recruiting are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware-focused roles.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.

Senior Technical Recruiter

With five satellites on orbit and many more set to launch soon, the company is servicing a backlog of more than $1 billion of commercial contracts.

Astranis is the preferred satellite communications partner for buyers with stringent requirements for uptime, data security, network visibility, and customization. Base pay is just one component of Astranis’s total rewards package. Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional‑grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

$110,000 - $155,000 USD
