Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a multi-branded, retail/e-commerce/tech environment.
• Proactive, always-on recruitment with diverse talent pipelines.
• Experience coordinating technical interviews (coding, system design) and guiding senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted talent advisor to engineering, product, and data leaders.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for critical engineering, product, and data roles.
• Leverage data and metrics to inform hiring strategy and process improvements.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned with Fanatics brand.
