Seekr is building a world-class recruiting function in Reston, VA. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who will shape how we attract, evaluate, and hire AI talent across AI/ML, software engineering, embedded systems, product engineering, and DevOps.

You will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, own the full-cycle process, and help design innovative sourcing and interview strategies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in AI/ML, software engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Management/Design, and/or DevOps.
• Experience recruiting within the Public Sector, including highly cleared positions up to TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Strong sourcing across multiple channels and proactive talent identification.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process across AI/ML, Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Engineering/Design, and DevOps.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and build effective sourcing/interview strategies.
• Proactively source and build pipelines for highly specialized technical talent across communities, open-source projects, and conferences.
• Develop creative candidate attraction strategies and an aligned, fair interview/assessment plan.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and act as an ambassador for Seekr in a competitive market.
