Job summary

Seekr Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build from the ground up. You will recruit across AI/ML, software engineering, embedded systems, and DevOps, partnering with hiring managers to design sourcing and interview strategies in a competitive market.

You will craft outreach, build talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while scaling the recruiting function across North America and Europe. This is a hybrid role based in Reston, VA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in AI/ML, software engineering, DevOps, and related areas.
• Experience recruiting in the Public Sector with cleared positions is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality.
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Experience building recruiting processes in growing or new teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process across AI/ML, software engineering, DevOps, and product engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Prospect and build pipelines in technical communities, open-source projects, conferences, and adjacent industries.
• Develop creative candidate attraction strategies and compelling role narratives.
• Implement unified interview and assessment plans for technical talent.
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience and act as a company ambassador.
