Bayesian Health is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, and AI/ML across the company. You’ll source proactively, map markets, and build talent communities while partnering with hiring managers to drive fast, fair hiring.

Qualifications

• Deep sourcing expertise with proactive outbound and market mapping.
• High follow-through with many concurrent searches and fast responses.
• Willingness to do administrative work to close searches.
• Candidate-first approach with clear communication and updates.
• Comfort recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience spotting and verifying identity/work history to prevent fraud.
• 6+ years of recruiting across engineering, ML/AI, and data roles.
• 3+ years recruiting in early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Knowledge of recruiting operations design and structured interviews.
• Proven ability to improve processes and metrics.
• Working knowledge of Ashby ATS and automation.
• Commitment to building diverse talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company with emphasis on engineering, data science, and AI/ML.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, feedback, calibration, and offers.
• Maintain candidate momentum, fast scheduling, and timely updates through start dates.
• Design and optimize recruiting operations, workflows, templates, and scorecards.
• Publish recruiting analytics to show funnel health and guide improvements.
