Responsibilities

• Proactively source and map the market for technical roles in eng/DS/AI.
• Partner with hiring managers on feedback and closing.
• Manage ATS and analytics to track recruiting metrics.
• Own full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical hires in AI/clinical domains.
• Drive process improvements to shorten time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
