Job summary

Bayesian Health is hiring a dedicated recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, data science, AI/ML, and other functions. This 6-month fixed-term role emphasizes proactive sourcing, market mapping, and process design to ensure fast, high-quality hires.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and build scalable recruiting operations while shaping how we recruit as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting across engineering, ML/AI, and data roles.
• 3+ years recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
• Experience designing recruiting operations, including workflows, structured interviews, scorecards, and rubrics tied to competencies.
• Evidence of process improvements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the company with a focus on engineering, data science, and AI/ML.
• Partner with hiring managers, run intake meetings, and manage pipeline reviews.
• Keep candidates moving, manage scheduling, and own time-to-fill metrics.
• Design and optimize recruiting operations, ATS workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Publish recruiting analytics to show funnel health and guide improvements.
