Sonatus is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML, software, embedded, and cloud roles globally. This hybrid position operates from our Sunnyvale headquarters three days per week, partnering with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and leverage data-driven insights.

You will drive strategic sourcing, intake calibration, and candidate assessments while using AI to enhance recruiting processes. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering roles.
• Able to advise engineering leaders with data- and market-driven insights.
• Experience building multi-channel sourcing strategies and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML, software, embedded, cloud roles globally.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions translating requirements into candidate profiles and plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies using market insights and pipeline data.
• Develop and execute creative multi-channel sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Assess candidates against defined criteria with evidence-based evaluations.
• Apply AI to improve recruiting processes, productivity, research, sourcing, and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate Greenhouse data and monitor recruiting metrics to identify risks.
• Understand talent markets and compensation trends to inform recommendations.
