Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent.
• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI.
• Strong business partnership skills and ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers.
• Be a consultative partner with research leadership to understand hiring needs and talent strategy.
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and productivity.
• Lead structured interview processes that assess technical excellence and alignment with values.
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health, time-to-fill, and pass-through rates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and enable other recruiters to raise the bar for technical recruiting.
