York Space Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Greenwood Village, CO office. This on-site role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for senior and highly specialized technical positions across software, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines.

You will build candidate pipelines, engage passive candidates, advise hiring teams on compensation benchmarks, and help shape scalable recruiting processes to support York’s aerospace

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required and 7+ years recruiting experience.
• 4+ years recruiting for technical roles (software, mechanical or electrical).
• Expertise with advanced sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong ability to build relationships and pipelines; data-driven decisions.

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized roles.
• Source and engage passive candidates, leveraging networks and outreach.
• Build capacity in hiring teams for selection and talent strategy.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout process.

• Utilize compensation knowledge in crafting offers.
• Maintain timely communication and documentation for teams and candidates.
• Contribute to metrics and identify candidate and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
