York Space Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Greenwood Village, CO. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for senior and technical profiles, building pipelines and improving hiring processes to strengthen organizational capacity.

You will source passive candidates, collaborate with hiring teams, and provide market insights to influence offers and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of recruiting experience.
• 7+ years recruiting, including technical roles such as software/mechanical/electrical engineers.
• Experience with advanced sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Ability to translate data trends into actionable insights.
• Strong relationship-building and pipeline management.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools; aerospace industry preferred.
