• Ability to partner with hiring managers and VP-level leaders.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bastrop, TX.

Responsibilities

• Run full desk recruiting with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount and hiring strategy.
• Screen candidates and source top talent for mission-critical roles.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, tours, and candidate experience.
• Extend offers and manage background checks and onboarding.
