Job summary

SpaceX in California is seeking a highly motivated, full-life cycle recruiter to support Starlink as we scale across engineering, supply chain and technical operations, championing creative sourcing strategies and a candidate‑centered process.

You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding, partner with hiring managers at all levels, and navigate a high‑volume workload with accountability, collaboration, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years recruiting experience, or an associate degree with 6+ years, or 7+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in engineering, supply chain or other niche disciplines
• In-house recruiting experience
• Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and report findings
• Ability to identify top 5% talent and engage them with non-standard methods
• Experience interfacing with hiring managers including directors

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top candidates for mission-critical roles
• Understand each role's requirements and how it fits into SpaceX
• Develop strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication
• Find creative ways to capture candidates’ attention during outreach
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions
