Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for Precision Power Solutions (PPS), to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and leadership roles. The role requires building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates across aerospace, defense, and energy markets.

The ideal candidate will source strategically, partner with senior leaders, and travel up to 30% to PPS locations, ensuring timely hires while aligning with government contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering and technical talent in complex industries.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to travel regularly across PPS locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines in aerospace, defense, power systems, and advanced manufacturing.
• Actively source passive candidates through direct recruiting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
• Travel across PPS locations to understand operations, technologies, and priorities.
• Develop market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Support recruitment in compliance with government contractor requirements and policies.
• Implement sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on external firms while improving candidate quality.
• Represent PPS and EnerSys at industry events and talent outreach opportunities.
