Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems Inc (Precision Power Solutions) seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles across multiple PPS locations. You will own sourcing for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership positions and build deep candidate pipelines.

You will travel regularly to PPS sites, partner with senior leaders, and develop sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs while adhering to government contractor requirements and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting engineering and technical talent in complex industries.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and technical hiring teams.
• Ability to travel regularly across PPS locations.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines in aerospace, defense, power systems, and advanced manufacturing.
• Source and engage passive candidates using direct recruiting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with business objectives.
• Travel between PPS locations to learn environments and requirements.
• Represent PPS and EnerSys at industry events and conferences.
