Job summary

Precision Power Solutions (PPS), a division of EnerSys, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles across the organization. This role travels up to 30% to PPS locations to gain firsthand knowledge of business needs and product lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting engineering and technical talent in complex industries.
Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and technical hiring teams.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines in aerospace, defense, power systems, and advanced manufacturing.
Actively source passive candidates via direct recruiting, networking, referrals, and market research.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop TA strategies.
Travel to PPS locations to understand operations and requirements.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
