Job summary

PPS, a division of EnerSys, is seeking a Recruiter to build and manage a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating logistics, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create candidate profiles.
• Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate interviews, assemble panels, and provide timely feedback to hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment documentation in ATS and HR systems.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, talent databases, and networks to attract diverse candidates.
• Ensure candidate communication is professional and informative throughout the process.
• Stay informed of recruiting trends and employment laws to support compliance.
