Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager II to manage end-to-end customer engagements across Akamai security, media, and performance solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor from pre-sales through integration and performance, coordinating the integrated account team and building strong customer relationships across industries. Successful candidates will have customer-facing IT project experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of network and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing IT role or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects.
• Understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Advocate best practices during product implementation and relay customer feedback to the Product team.
• Serve as central contact for customers and lead the integrated account team.
• Collaborate with business to ensure integration efficiency and high-quality service.
• Identify service enhancements and potential problems to improve service quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders to share information and deliverables.
