Job summary

Akamai Enterprise Security Group is seeking a Technical Account Manager II to lead large deployments and drive customer success in security solutions. You will coordinate with Support and Engineering to optimize performance and ensure successful outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will build expertise across Zero Trust, Web Application Firewall, anti-DDoS, and Bot Management, and mentor customers on best practices and platform integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with microsegmentation, EDR or network security and Zero Trust products.
• Proven ability to guide design and best practices for security deployments.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Being the focal point for technical vendor related issues in front of the customer.
• Providing product best practice and design guidance to enhance outcomes, overseeing scale and performance.
• Working closely with Support and Engineering teams to quickly resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with deployment, configuration and customization of the platform while adapting to the Customer's environment.
• Supporting integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions.
• Briefing the customer on upcoming features and updates, and provide training in cooperation with Guardicore training team.
