Akamai is seeking a Technical Project Manager II to provide end-to-end support across multiple product suites from pre-sales through integration and performance. You will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers, managing their engagement with our platform and building technical solutions.

In a high-impact environment you'll be project managing, problem-solving and building close relationships with customers across many industries.

Qualificações

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry.
• Experience delivering technical customer projects successfully.
• Understanding of network, web performance and application/network security technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Advocating best practices for the customer and internal teams during product implementation, and providing customer feedback to the Product team
• Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
• Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
• Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
• Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables
