Job summary

TecAlliance is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Lead to drive the successful delivery of SaaS-based systems for clients in the automotive and heavy-duty sectors. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of their team of Technical Project Managers
• Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and post-launch support
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables through business analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Drive stakeholder alignment, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Create, update, and manage project tasks, timelines, and dependencies using Wrike or similar project management tools
• Lead project meetings with customers and internal cross-functional teams
• Coordinate and oversee software testing, quality assurance milestones, and acceptance criteria
• Act as the primary communication bridge between development teams and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, logs, and status updates in Wrike
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations
• Ensure a positive and professional customer onboarding experience
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management and onboarding processes
• Provide weekly project status reports, including risks, timelines, and budget tracking, to leadership
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate efforts between technical teams, business leads, and other stakeholders
• Recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and project methodologies
• Mentor team members or cross-functional contributors on project management methodologies and best practices
• Contribute to process optimization, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Support occasional technical documentation, data preparation, and ETL-related activities as needed
