Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager to partner with Lead Developers, Product Managers, Platform Owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products and technology solutions.

You will create project structure, maintain delivery plans, track risks and blockers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with priorities, product strategy, and engineering execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication across business, design, and engineering.
• Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Figma and Miro.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of software products through the SDLC.
• Translate roadmaps into executable plans and release schedules.
• Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with business priorities and product strategy.
• Track milestones, risks, blockers, and timelines across initiatives.
