Job summary

CapTech is a leading consulting firm delivering technology-driven outcomes for clients nationwide. We seek a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, balance agile and traditional methods, and drive successful large-scale engagements.

You will develop integrated project plans, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals while delivering tangible results for CapTech and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
• Experience creating process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams to visualize current and future state solutions.
• Understanding how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects.
• Experience in successfully facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards specific outcomes.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s).
• Share and implement best practices from different development methodologies.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to enable decision making.
• Demonstrate track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and triage issues.
• Perform hands-on delivery work including analysis, design, and process engineering.
• Share and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
