Job summary

WSS Associates seeks a Technical Project Manager and Agile Delivery Lead to own delivery cadence, planning discipline, and execution transparency across our engineering teams. The role spans Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations to improve delivery predictability and align concurrent workstreams.

This hands-on leader has managed multiple delivery teams, built effective agile practices, and established accountability through clear commitments, metrics, and early escalation.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of project management or software delivery experience.
• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, or engineering teams.
• Prior agile delivery role: Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Agility Lead.
• Technical fluency to work with engineering teams, understand dependencies, and challenge delivery assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.
• Establish a consistent sprint cadence and published delivery calendar.
• Produce sprint reporting and track delivery against plan and throughput.
• Coordinate release planning, scheduling, readiness reviews, and communications.
• Structure and facilitate quarterly planning with dashboards and progress summaries.
