DataVisor Inc. is seeking a highly skilled technical Project Manager to join the client service team. You will manage client communications, drive overall delivery schedules, and design innovative integration solutions for our SaaS platform.

This role also entails hands-on engineering work to deliver projects and strong cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate will bridge client needs with engineering, sales, and product, guiding onboarding and ensuring successful outcomes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as technical PM or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture & integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Client-facing communication and consultant management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team setting.
• Knowledge of anti-fraud in finance or internet industries is a plus.
• Experience in real-time computing, big data or machine learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and delivery schedule to ensure on-time outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, sales, and stakeholders to achieve project success.
• Understand client product and business logic to recommend optimal SaaS integration.
• Lead onboarding projects and maintain project control.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation and deployment with client systems.
• Coordinate with product and engineering to integrate new features smoothly.
• Stay informed on financial services trends and emerging tech to improve solutions.
• Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
