Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a project-based assignment to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects through governance and structured execution. Qualifications

5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
Experience delivering complex technology projects in a consulting or agency environment.
Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

Stand up projects end-to-end, defining scope, objectives, success metrics, governance model, and ways of working from day one.
Create and maintain project governance artifacts (charter, RACI, RAID, decision log, integrated plan).
Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path across workstreams.
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
Drive accountability and ownership across workstreams and vendors.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear options for leadership.
Facilitate governance forums with clear agendas and documented outcomes.
Provide concise executive reporting translating delivery status into business impact.
Ensure alignment to strategy, budget, and roadmap; validate value realization.
Close projects with transition to operations and knowledge transfer.
