Job summary

TransImpact is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client engagements within our Professional Services organization. You will bring together clients, consultants, developers, analysts, and internal teams to turn project objectives into successful outcomes.

This senior, individual-contributor role requires steering complex implementations, communicating confidently with executives, and maintaining disciplined control over scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires six to ten years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience independently leading complex client-facing projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Background in SaaS, software implementation, analytics, or technology consulting.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages a portfolio of approximately 6–8 client engagements.
• Lead complex software, SaaS, analytics, and consulting engagements from kickoff through completion.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as a primary project and commercial contact for clients.
• Lead recurring project-status meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultants, analysts, developers, and client teams.
