Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Program Manager / Account Manager to drive complex client engagements and ensure long-term success. You will partner with stakeholders, lead cross-functional delivery teams, and manage milestones to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role emphasizes strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships while delivering high-impact solutions for diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably with full agile development lifecycle experience.
• Track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements.
• Ability to assess client needs, identify gaps, and design optimal solutions.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem solving for complex technical/business challenges.
• Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to assess and recommend optimal business and technical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Develop integrated plans to establish, monitor, manage and report milestones and deliverables.
• Support triage and resolution of critical program or project issues and scope changes.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Perform hands-on project work including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management as needed.
• Advocate for digital accessibility and inclusive design practices in all projects.
