Job summary

SH/FT is a remote-friendly consultancy seeking an SVP of Global Technology Services to lead and scale our technology delivery across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems and web engineering.

This senior role requires moving between executive strategy and hands-on execution, shaping the practice structure, standards, and team, with latitude to build from the ground up and drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing technology, solution architecture, software engineering, or digital consulting.
• 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing delivery teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where process is built alongside execution.
• Strong cross-functional influencer who can align without formal authority.
• Executive presence with the ability to lead VP/C-Suite level client conversations.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe or Salesforce ecosystems; fluency across related platforms.
• Email development and templating experience, including HTML/CSS and rendering across clients.

Responsibilities

• Own technology services delivery across active engagements, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Translate complex architecture and platform capabilities into clear business outcomes for clients.
• Provide thought leadership in RFP/RFI responses and governance.
• Lead and grow a team of Directors, senior architects, and engineers across Adobe/Salesforce ecosystems.
• Set standards for system integrations, email engineering, and deployment workflows.
