Qualifications

• 7–11 years of software integration project experience at a SaaS company or delivering enterprise solutions at a fast-paced start-up.
• Track record delivering complex, cross-functional implementations for large, high-touch enterprise customers.
• Experience as primary point of contact for enterprise customers in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with globally dispersed customers and teams.
• Experience with Agile and cloud-based B2B implementations.
• Proficient with Wrike, Smartsheets, Jira for project planning.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Bidgly during implementation, owning the customer relationship.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large utility implementations across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, budget and margin.
• Contribute to contract reviews and change orders.
• Represent onboarding in sales presentations as needed.
• Develop deep understanding of energy markets and customer behaviors.
